The Red Dress

To you it's just a red dress

To them it labels you impure

But you still wear it and dance

in it with the sequins and all

and you put on and take off

the stockings three times before

deciding that your legs deserve

some exposure and you also

let your neckline fall a little further

than necessary because why

shouldn't they get a good look if

their necks are craned so far

they might as well see it all

in fact, God gave you a lot more

than this but they couldn't see it

if it was looking them right between

the I's and in fact isn't all of it

between you and Him anyway?
